Back on induction- day 3!

Well it’s day three and I do think it’s getting easier. The scales today (I am cheekily weighing myself inbetween our weekly weigh-ins) reveal a 1lb weight loss which I’m pretty happy with, though obviously wish it was more!

I am still having some carb cravings and am particularly wondering how to negotiate the weekend as I’m going to a big family meal but have decided that I am going to try and keep to the diet during the meal… I’ll let you know how that goes, but I am pretty determined and also I had promised to help out with the food prep so can hopefully just prepare myself some low carb things that I really like.

My saviour yesterday was some low carb mini frittatas that I found in Marks and Spencers which really saved the day when I was on my way home from work and found them in the garage. They only have 5g of carbs in them each and taste really good so I had one of those and a small piece of snack sized cheese which they also sell and that lasted me until I got home. They’re pretty pricey though so I was a bit cross with myself that I hadn’t just made one at home which I easily could’ve done, never mind!
